But, those same parents also understand the importance of their children getting the type of nutrition found in vegetables. Dietary Guidelines advice to parent’s children should eat a variety of vegetables every day. But how do you coax picky eaters to eat what helps them? Kid Spaces got together with a familiar name to learn some creative solutions parents can use to turn the situation around.
